6 years ago on the 9th October 2015, I resigned from my first full-time job after 19 months, in order to focus on my own business ventures.

I acted on impulse and relied on my intuition
I only had R49,700 (~$3300) to my name

It's now 6 years later and life hasn't turned out exactly the way I naively thought it would
I'm employed again
I'm yet to appear on the Forbes list
And I haven't made a significant dent in the world

However, I have absolutely zero regrets
I'm at peace
I'm content
I'm proud of myself
And I'd do it again in a heartbeat

Why? Because I don't want to die with my music still in me.

Life is way too short to play it safe.

Just do it.
